Bunnell, FL – The National Association for the Advancement of Colored Peoples is going after Flagler County Schools for acting unlawfully against black students who’ve been suspended from school.
A 6-page letter from the President of the NAACP’s Flagler County branch was delivered to school district officials on Monday.
That letter claims the district is blocking parents from examining evidence that school officials consider when suspending students and that black students are increasingly being singled out for suspension.
