DeLand, FL - Volusia County deputies arrested 55-year old Mark Green after he pulled out a knife and threatened the manager of the Boulevard Motel in DeLand.
The incident happened after the manager woke Green up 25 minutes after his scheduled checkout time and told him he needed to pay for another night or leave.
Green has been charged with aggravated assault and trespassing.
