New Smyrna Beach, FL - 47-year-old Joseph Tombley was arrested for punching a teen in the face during a road-rage incident.
According to officials, the teen suffered a cut near his nose, a bruise on his neck, and scratches on his shoulder and back.
Tombley was arrested Thursday on charges of child abuse without great harm.
