Bunnell, FL – The man charged with gunning down a mother of 6 at a Flagler County gas station over 2 years ago is found competent to stand trial.
7th Circuit Judge J. David Walsh ruled Wednesday morning that Joseph F. Bova II’s murder trial will be put back on the court calendar for November.
Zuheily Roman Rosado was shot and killed while working at a Mobil gas station on State Road 100 in Palm Coast on the night of February 21, 2013.
Bova was arrested around 6 months later in the South Florida area and charged in Rosado’s death.
Bova will have a pre-trial hearing on October 7th.
