Volusia County, FL-Deltona triple murder suspect Luis Toledo is due back in court for what is expected to be a series of suppression hearings. Toledo is charged in the murders of his wife and her two children nearly two years ago in Deltona. None of the bodies have ever been found.
Lawyers for Toledo don’t want the jury to hear about things like the 33-year-olds alleged ties to the Latin Kings gang and statements he allegedly made to investigators while in custody.
Toledo’s trial in the murders of Yessenia Suarez and her two children is set to begin in January.
