Osceola County, FL – A former Osceola County Sheriff’s Office deputy is facing charges for stealing livestock in Osceola and Volusia counties.
53-year-old Keith Robert Collins of Kenansville faces grand theft charges after he was allegedly caught selling 2 stolen calves at a livestock market.
Collins is also facing several drug-related charges.
