New Smyrna Beach, FL – An Ohio man is led away in handcuffs after a Beach Safety officer says he exposed himself to 2 teenage girls at a beachfront park.
Trevor B. Tucker of Brooklyn was arrested around 3pm Saturday at the Flagler Avenue boardwalk and charged with 2 counts of indecent exposure and an additional count of lewd and lascivious behavior.
According to the arrest report, a Volusia County Beach Safety officer was sitting in a marked vehicle in the parking lot near the lifeguard station when Tucker was spotted walking near the women’s bathroom.
The officer claims Tucker then pulled out his genitals and started masturbating while walking towards two girls, a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old.
Per the report, the officer got out of the vehicle and stopped Tucker near the shower area after he had put his penis back in his shorts.
Tucker was arrested after a separate witness corroborated the officer’s story.
Volusia County Jail records show Tucker was released on $6,000 bond.
