Daytona Beach, FL - Police in Daytona Beach are looking for two suspects involved in an armed robbery that began outside South Turn Bar on Monday, November 30 just after midnight. The black male suspect was clearly seen on security video. The bar is at 1540 South Nova Road.
A man was parked outside and walking through a parking lot when he was robbed by a black male armed with a gun. The victim was forced into the suspect’s vehicle and driven to a nearby Citgo. The suspect continually asked the victim if he wanted to buy drugs. The victim repeatedly said he didn’t.
The bar manager told police the suspect had been bothering patrons asking them if they wanted to buy drugs. The police report indicates the suspect got $20 from the victim.
Police say the male suspect had a short mohawk and a goatee. He may be in his 20’s and was about 5 foot 10 inches and 165 pounds.
The heavy set black woman he was seen with was wearing a floral pattern shirt. The pair were seen in an older model gold Buick, possibly a Century, with chrome wheels.
