DeLand, FL – VCSO says 23-year-old Savannah Noriega died early today in a one-car rollover crash on Providence Boulevard in Deltona around 1 AM.
Her vehicle was southbound near Giles Street when she lost control of her 1999 Jeep. The vehicle slid across the road, hit a curb and flipped. The Jeep landed in the yard at 1825 Giles Street.
VCSO is investigating.
