Holly Hill, FL – Investigators are called out to Holly Hill School after a bomb threat was phoned in Thursday morning.
All personnel at the K-8 school – including students – were ordered to shelter in place soon after the call came in just before 11 AM, according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.
Volusia County Schools spokeswoman Nancy Wait says the call featured an automated voice making non-specific threats.
VCSO deputies and K-9 units are searching the entire campus for any potential threats, according to VCSO spokesman Andrew Gant.
“We think they are about to wrap it up fairly soon,” Wait added.
More details as they come in.
