Holly Hill, FL-MG on the Halifax is holding a ceremony to mark the start of work on a private marina on the ICW. The project will be called the MG Marina and will offer residents at the now twin tower high rise dockage for boats up to 38 feet. There will be a limited accommodation for a 70-foot boat.
Construction on the 32-slip marina is expected to be done by November 1.
A waterfront ceremony is set for Thursday at 6PM with local business leaders and public officials.
The marina expansion is part of the long-term development plan for the 18-acre MG on the Halifax.
