Torrey Barnes died at Halifax Health Medical Center on Sunday after the accident took place around 1am Saturday on Midway Avenue west of Catalina Drive.

The report noted that Barnes and Warren were both wearing helmets.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident and no charges are pending at this time, according to DBPD.
