Deltona, FL-Deputies are investigating after a 61-year-old man was hit by a vehicle and killed as he crossed Howland Boulevard in Deltona early today.
That happened around 12:39 AM at Howland and Elkcam Boulevard. The vehicle was northbound on Howland when the accident happened.
The victim was pronounced dead at the hospital just after 3 AM.
The victim lived in Deltona. His identity not being disclosed until next of kin can be notified.
