Flagler County, FL – Authorities in Flagler County warning residents about a string of recent home burglaries with similar circumstances. FCSO detectives think those crimes have possible ties to Volusia, Sumter and St. Johns counties.
In those crimes, the bad guys park a “higher-end” type vehicle in the driveway of homes believed to be unoccupied so they appear to belong there.
On November 6, three burglaries and an attempted crime happened in the “B”, “C” and Palm Harbor Golf Course sections of Palm Coast, between 930 AM and 2 PM. The suspects are described as two black males who knocked on the door to check if anyone was home. When a resident answered the door, the pair asked for direction and asked about neighbors.
The investigating has found similar crimes in other counties in Central FL.
Residents are asked to call 911 if anything suspicious or out of the ordinary is seen.
