Palm Coast, FL – Deputies are trying to figure out who damaged a water fountain at Palm Coast Town Center by putting soap in it.

A Flagler County Sheriff’s Office report shows the fountain was “completely engulfed” in soap bubbles when Town Center officials reported it around 8:30am Monday.

According to the report, a property manager for Palm Coast Holdings told FCSO that the soap suds were stacked at least 3 feet high and completely covered the water in the fountain.

The manager also told FCSO that this has happened at least 1 other time that she’s aware of.

The report noted that cleaning up the soap and fixing the damage to the fountain will likely set Palm Coast Holdings back around $250.

FCSO believes whoever put the soap in the fountain did so sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning.

No security video was available for FCSO to review since there are no security cameras in the area, according to the report.

No suspect description was given by FCSO.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 888-277-8477 to remain anonymous and possibly qualify for a cash reward.
