Oahu, HI – A New Smyrna Beach professional surfer says he’s on the mend after he was knocked out by a big wave.
A bodyboarder rescued Evan Geiselman on Sunday during the Pipeline surfing competition in Hawaii.
Geiselman was transported to a local hospital. He recently posted on Instagram that he’ll be OK and plans to go back to surfing soon.
