Bunnell, FL – The head of the Flagler County School Board is fined by the state for failing to mail in a financial disclosure form.
Colleen Conklin has to pay a $1,500 fine for not sending that form to the Florida Commission on Ethics in a timely manner last July.
Conklin claims the form was misplaced by her husband and the error wasn’t discovered until September.
