DeLand, FL – A DeLand resident is in custody and another is on the loose as investigators say they teamed up to rape the same woman at least 3 different times at an apartment complex near DeLand.

The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office is searching for 18-year-old Terrell K. Williamson and plan to charge him with multiple sexual battery counts, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment once he’s caught.

18-year-old Daria J. Hill was arrested on Friday and charged with sexual battery on a helpless person and false imprisonment. She’s being held without bond at Volusia County Jail as of 3 PM Friday.

VCSO spokesman Andrew Gant says the victim reported what happened on Thursday.

“In the first incident, the victim said Williamson pointed a gun at her head, demanded she take off her clothes and sexually battered her,” Gant added. “In the second incident, she said Williamson put a pillow over her face while sexually battering her.”

Hill allegedly participated in the 3rd incident by holding the victim down against her will while Williamson raped her. The victim said Hill was also present in the first 2 incidents, per Gant.

“Sheriff’s investigators obtained and executed a search warrant [Friday] at the location of the incidents,” Gant added.

VCSO did not release the location of the alleged attacks but did say all 3 took place between New Year’s Day and January 5th.

Williamson is described as a black male who’s about 6’1 and 160 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

VCJ records show Williamson was booked there 2 times in December 2015. His most recent arrest was December 31st on charges of carrying a concealed firearm, evidence tampering, resisting an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was also arrested December 6th on charges of grand theft auto, cocaine possession and resisting an officer.

Anyone with information can call VCSO at 386-943-7866 or Crime Stoppers at 888-277-8477 to remain anonymous and possibly qualify for a cash reward.
