Daytona Beach, FL - Police in Daytona Beach have arrested one of two men sought in the triple shooting New Year’s Eve that left two people dead. One man is hospitalized. The shooting erupted after a disagreement outside the Biarritz Club on Pearl Street.
Acting on a tip, police went to the Olive Garden on ISB Sunday and arrested 30-year-old Anthony Dawson. He was reportedly dining out with family when he was taken into custody. Dawson is charged with two felony counts of murder and is being held at VCBJ on no bond.
Police are still seeking 40-year-old Andre “Grip” Mayo and there’s now a $7,000 reward for his capture.
