Bunnell, FL – Flagler County’s Sheriff could be paying a hefty fine for violating state law.
The Florida Ethics Commission recommends that Jim Manfre – who is running for re-election this November – pay $19,000 and be publicly reprimanded for using an FCSO credit card for personal purchases, driving an FCSO vehicle out-of-state for personal reasons and accepting a time-share gift without reporting it.
Manfre is appealing his guilty verdict and insists he broke no law or internal FCSO policy or practice in place at the time
