DeLand, FL – Voters in 2 Volusia cities are heading to the polls on Tuesday.

Holly Hill and Lake Helen residents have several matters to decide on in the final election of 2015.

In Holly Hill, voters have 8 charter amendments to sift through, including one that sets 4-year staggered terms for city commissioners. Another would eliminate the current 2-term limit for Holly Hill’s mayor.

Lake Helen voters get to decide if Buddy Snowden remains the mayor or if current vice-mayor Ann Robbins replaces him.

2 other spots on the Lake Helen City Commission are up for grabs.

Polls in both cities will be open at 7am and close at 7pm, with final results expected shortly after closing.

14 people took advantage of early voting in what’s expected to be an election with a light turnout.

This is the final election in Volusia before the presidential primary in March.
